Heavy duty steps, all welded construction with 2 - 6 treads, dependant on the water depth and manufactured to suit individual pool surround profile.  Removable or fixed versions available.  Unequal height stringers available to stop misuse.  200mm width top tread available to prevent trapped legs between top step and pool wall. High density plastic treads. Tube diameter 38mm od x 1.5mm type 316 mirror polished.

S444 - DISABLED PERSONS POOL STEPS

Ideal for disabled or elderly to toddlers who find access via usual steps difficult.  Features include 200mm wide high density tread, grooved to give non-slip surface and plastic end caps to prevent tile damage to pool floor.  Manufactured to fit existing sockets or supplied with new ones and infill tubes to cap the sockets when steps are not used.

SWIMMING POOL SAFETY STEPS

The safety step unit is deigned to eliminate entrapment areas below the water line.  it is provided with either independent grab rails or with integral rails which fit into sockets bonded in the top.

The unit is 900mm high making it ideal for both level deck pools where it is level with the pool surround or on a standard pool where it can be lowered to water level or left level with the surround.  The deep end unit comes with a tapered base to ensure the safety of users who swim below it.

The units are bolted to the pool wall with chemical anchors making it rigid and flush with the tiles to prevent finger traps.  Standard units are dark blue, as illustrated, but other colours are available for a small additional charge.  The integral non-slip tread is white providing a contrast to the main colour.  The smooth lines make the units ideal for use either within the pool or set into a recess.
